2. Payment Process

We accept credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, etc.

  3. Once the payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and payment details.

3. Shipping Information

Shipping Coverage: We ship to all states in the United States. Orders outside the United States are currently not supported.

Shipping Fee:

  • Orders over $166: Free shipping

  • Orders $166 or below: $12.99 shipping fee

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, Pacific Time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-business days are processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days from order acceptance.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–11 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier. You can track your order on our “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number and order number.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders beyond 48 hours or already shipped cannot be canceled. You may return the items once delivered for a refund.

Validity Period: Returns or exchanges are valid within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

  • Odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items

  • No-reason returns

Return Steps:

Exchange Steps:

  2. Return the product to the specified address.

  3. After inspection, the replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
